KG&A Consulting, Inc. is an international consulting firm which provides service in the areas of leadership and coaching training and the development of high performance teams inside the commitment of realizing the company's vision in all size organizations. Over the last decade our main focus has been in the manufacturing field, however we also work in health care, education, pharmaceutical, technology, retail and in food services (Campbell Soup, Hostess Frito Lay). Our expertise is in developing leadership inside these companies that will then have the capability of fulfilling their vision by implementing the skills needed with all of the employees throughout the company. We do this through customizing leadership and coaching programs to fit the need of each client's situation and then, through one-on-one consulting and coaching, we produce breakthrough results in the areas of personal development and business results. Our programs and consulting have proven over time that we produce the kind of consistent results businesses in the 21st century are looking for.    "I have known of or participated in several 2 or 3 day leadership sessions/ workshops. What I have found to be missing in these sessions is the follow-up to ensure their success. My work is spaced out over 6-12 months to give the time for the participants to experience real behavioral change. Long term sustainable change takes time, commitment from my associates and myself to each and every person, and commitment and dedication from the client. The structure I have invented provides for this.    Mentoring phone and in-house coaching in between each of these program sessions provided by my associates (who have been certified by myself in this area) and myself is another area that distinguishes my program from others. Each team of people (consisting of 2-3 participants) receives personal coaching in between the program sessions. This coaching is private and confidential and creates a safe environment for each person to truly be honest and get coached with their most difficult situations at work. I have not seen this feature in any other coaching or leadership format to date. It is one of the most powerful and talked about parts of my programs.    Lastly, the energy, long term commitment, and dedication that my associates and I have to our clients is clear from the beginning to the end of the process.
