Two years ago I was very fortunate to participate in Kathy Grad's Family Leadership program. There has hardly been a day since I completed this very valuable and unique program that I haven't used the skills and tools that relate to the creating of Family harmony, that Kathy taught us.
In reflection, I see this Leadership program, which focuses on relationship building, as a gift to myself and my Family. My only regret is that I wasn't exposed to this program earlier in my life, so I could have been more effective as a leader within our home.
Kathy is genuinely committed to helping each participant create extraordinary results in their own Family environment, and her sincerity, integrity, and keen awareness and knowledge of Family dynamics is always at the heart of her Leadership program.
Thank you Kathy for being such a wonderful coach and leader, and for helping me to create a happier Family Life. It certainly wasn't a quick-fix, but the process works, and does bring extraordinary results. And it was fun!

This course was beneficial to me not only as an experienced leader, but it gave me the ability to coach and empower my teams in a whole new way. The follow-up coaching gave me consistency in implementing the ideas and practices that I learned during this course.
