aving the skills of presenting, aligning, and enrolling the people around you into the vision, direction or key initiatives is crucial for leaders and managers in any size organization. How you present yourself, how you occur for others and where you are coming from in aligning people into your idea takes learning, practice and understanding how to truly connect with other people. Discovering and unconcealing other people's passion, commitment and intentions takes a certain kind of presentation and enrollment skill that is learned, nurtured and sustained. No matter what your product or service is, if you are at the level of a manager and a leader, at some point you have to rally the troops and get people on board for a certain direction, vision or initiative.


In the Presentation and Sales Skills program you will become grounded and trained to the level of competency in the following areas:


Who you are being while in front of a room vs what you are doing and saying
 

The distinction between selling and enrolling or aligning
 

Precision Speaking - being responsible for how your language and the words you choose to speak land on others ears and impacts them
 

The key elements that are needed for a successful presentation in the area of alignment and enrollment
 

Practice sessions and workout sessions where you demonstrate these skills and get feedback on what works and what doesn't
 

Homework assignments where you will do mirror work on your presentation for you to see first hand how you occur for other people
 

Video taping of you doing presentations and getting feedback on your vias (a via is a body language or movement that gets in the way of people being able to be with you and your presentation)

 
Expected Results:
 

At the end of this program, you will transform yourself from being merely a speaker or facilitator on a topic to being a powerful leader who is grounded, clear, inspiring and who has the ability to enroll or align anyone into anything.
 

You will shift your ground of being from someone who is trying to get people to do something, to revealing what people are passionate and committed to and will produce the results from their commitment.
 

You will learn how to take the pressure out of enrolling and aligning people.
 

You will have a breakthrough in your physical presentation, i.e., how you dress, how you look, your physical appearance and your view of yourself as a leader and presenter.
 

Your business results in the area of sales, aligning teams toward an initiative, and enrolling people around you toward a vision or direction will drastically increase.
 

You will learn how to turn around situations and conversations in meetings where there is complaining, upset and no possibility present to meetings where there is an abundance of possibility, inspiration, alignment and ignition.
