xpanding the model of the world of women's leadership, seeing the possibilities and having the courage to put those possibilities into action form the foundation of Effective Leadership for Women. Participants will begin the 2-day session with valuable 360 feedback and conclude the session with renewed energy, passion and purpose as well as a powerful coaching support group of colleagues who will ensure they achieve success. This interactive two-day session is also used to support and empower the retention of women in companies where retaining these powerful managers is, or may be, a concern. This session enables participants to:

	Examine individual definition of "effective leadership" and will allow you to discover what stops and blocks you from being the leader you know you can be.
	Examine the current cultural paradigms that get in the way of women expressing themselves as powerful leaders.
	Create a leadership vision which will drive productivity by focusing renewed energy on day-to-day activities
	Discover and practice new listening skills to enhance interpersonal effectiveness
	Bring individual vision to reality through the help of a coaching network (peers and instructor) created in the session
Powerful coaching after the two-day session further supports goals established by the participants of this program. The development of a colleague support group as well as two months of post-session coaching calls by one of the Program Leaders ensures individual successes. Goals of this program include:
