lthough I have a model for The Leadership and Coaching Program that has proven itself time and time again over the years, Leadership and Coaching has to be invented specifically to fit the needs of the individual organization. My work with people provides this kind of learning on an individual basis in line with the company's vision and individual needs.

   I have known of or participated in several 2 or 3 day leadership sessions/ workshops. What I have found to be missing in these sessions is the follow-up to ensure their success. My work is spaced out over 6 months to give the time for the participants to experience real behavioral change. Long term sustainable change takes time, commitment from my associates and myself to each and every person, and commitment and dedication from the participants. The structure I have invented provides for this.

   The mentoring phone coaching in between each session provided by my associates (who have been certified by myself in this area) and myself is another area that distinguishes my program from others. Each pair of participants has personal coaching on their individual issues in between the sessions. These calls are private and confidential and create a safe environment for each person to truly be honest and get coached with their most difficult situations at work. I have not seen this feature in any other coaching or leadership format to date. It is one of the most powerful and talked about parts of my program.

   Lastly, the energy, long term commitment, and dedication that my associates and I have to our clients is clear from the beginning to the end of the program. I feel that the reason my work has gone forward so rapidly and successfully has to do with the above statement and most importantly that my associates and I walk our talk. We are demonstrations in our personal and business lives that the work we do with our clients is the work we do with ourselves.
