The focus of the Family Leadership Program is to provide you and your family with the fundamental communication and relationship skills to enhance the quality of family interactions and acceptance of who people are - through your love and affinity for each other. During this process, you will have conversations with family members that you've never had before. You will confront and clear up issues that have been difficult to deal with in the past. By the end of the program, there will be a profound acceptance of yourself and each family member, transforming your view of your family and your future. You can expect the following results:

	An understanding of what is possible for your family vision.
	An improved sense of relatedness with all members of your family.
	An understanding of how to build trust within your family; knowing where it is, and where it is missing.
	A vulnerability and alignment with individual members who have previously been blocked in their relationship with the family.
	An ability to truly listen, without judging or fixing other people's problems.
	Speaking with fact and clarity, and avoiding gossip and story telling.
	A feeling of strong love and connection with all family members and an ability to express those feelings.
	A breakthrough in all holidays throughout the year such that you are excited and thrilled for the upcoming holiday vs experiencing anxiety, stress and possible upset.
You will be coached and given the skills and structures needed to follow through with these new practices once the program is over and will be set-up to incorporate these practices in your everyday life.
Two years ago I was very fortunate to participate in Kathy Grad's Family Leadership program. There has hardly been a day since I completed this very valuable and unique program that I haven't used the skills and tools that relate to the creating of Family harmony, that Kathy taught us.
