Coaching for Performance is a training program that delivers all of the basic principles and distinctions of powerful and high performance coaching. This training program is for managers, supervisors, or team leaders that need to have the competency in coaching their groups and teams towards high performance and consistent results. The main principles and elements of this program are:

The essential qualities of a Coach and a Manager.
 

Distinguishing powerful communication styles - what works and what doesn't.
 

Learning the key coaching conversations that take a group to a team to a high performance team.
  • Conversations for Possibility
  • Conversations for Opportunity/Formulating a Plan
  • Conversations for Action - promises, requests, offers and several other moves in action that are essential to produce breakthrough results
  • Declaring and Resolving Breakdowns swiftly and effectively (distinguishing the difference between a problem and a breakdown)
  • Visioning - how to sustain a High Performance Team and Environment over time
 

Learning and practicing the listening and speaking skills of Automatic Listening, Generous Listening and Precision Speaking.
 


Features of this program which will transform your managers from telling people what to do to authentically empowering people to make their own decisions and produce results as a team are:


Full day sessions with a KG&A Consulting, Inc. certified leader.
 

Coaching calls in between each session with the participants in coaching groups.
 

Designed Contribution/Breakthrough Projects taken on by each participant.
 

The intent to produce a Breakthrough business result.
 

Homework in between each session that has each participant using the principles learned in each session - Practicing the Tools and Walking the Talk.
